Following the webinar that took place on January 14th we are pleased to give customers access to an FAQ document on the Customer Support Portal. We captured the questions from the attendees and have provided all answers where possible.

The webinar was regarding a HealthRoster data feed into NHS Foundry; NHS England and NHS Improvement have added vaccination rostering data to the NHS Foundry data dashboard to give national and local visibility of vaccination staffing. The rostering data that this shows is automatically pulled daily from Allocate’s HealthRoster for all NHS customers but it requires appropriate setup in HealthRoster in order for the vaccination data to be identified.

  1. How the rostering data is used by the NHS Foundry
  2. What you need to do to share accurate data.
