Adaptable, people-focused solutions for Allied Health Professionals

and the science workforce.

Adaptable, people-focused solutions for

Allied Health Professionals

and the science workforce.

We’re here to support organisations with the implementation and delivery of job planning, rostering and schedules for the entire multi-disciplinary workforce. This includes job planning and rostering for Allied Health Professionals (AHPs), Nursing, Pharmacists, HealthCare Scientists, Advanced Practitioners, Engineers, Admin & Estates and more.

The crucial impact the wider workforce has on care delivery is so well understood that the recent Long Term Plan by the NHS in England outlines that it expects all of its organisations to electronically job plan and roster all staff including Allied Health Professionals (AHPs), healthcare scientists and specialist or advanced practice clinicians by 2021. This is echoed in the NHS Improvement Levels of Attainment in England, which encourages organisations to roster all clinical staff and job plan all out of ward clinical staff. We believe that offering tailored, end-to-end solutions will help organisations achieve these levels.

Our solutions enable individual organisations to flexibly apply eJobPlan, eRostering, temporary staffing and community scheduling software as needed.

Case study: St Helens and Knowsley Hospitals NHS Trust finds success with Allied Health Professionals

By job planning all its AHP staff, the Trust is now able to classify how much of its time is spent on the ward-based activity, how much is spent in clinics and how much in meetings or training. It has been able to determine which clinics they are attending and can also factor in any annualised activities.

I was delighted that the Trust was able to undertake the project as a national workforce proof of concept. The aim was to better understand how e-job planning and eRostering across multidisciplinary teams could support future clinical role re-design and rostering by competency not just job title. The project also aligns with the aims of the NHSE/I Interim People Plan.
