The RLDatix Academy provides your organisation with a range of training courses to support your system administrator’s knowledge. These courses are available as online Virtual Classroom training and in some cases eLearning, in order to provide the flexibility to learn at your own pace and when you choose.

The Academy also provides accreditations for all rostering teams that are focused on job roles and career progression to ensure that members of the team are empowered with knowledge, in-depth understanding, and confidence to ensure they are fully able to support the organisations workforce goals.

RLDatix Academy Accreditations

There are five accreditations available: 

RLDatix Certified Administrator (RCA)

RLDatix Certified Administrator is an accreditation given to a person who undertakes and passes a formal examination on our core Optima product, demonstrating that they are a competent administrator of the product using basic functionality

HealthMedic RLDatix Certified Administrator (HMRCA)

RLDatix Certified Administrator is an accreditation given to a person who undertakes and passes a formal examination on our core Optima product, demonstrating that they are a competent administrator of the product using basic functionality. The Medic RCA accreditation is relevant for people looking to demonstrate that they are competent administrators of Medical Workforce.

RLDatix Certified Professional (RCP)

The RCP accreditation is relevant for people looking to demonstrate that they are competent Administrators of Optima. The RCP certification exam is suitable for individuals who have completed Optima Establishment and System Management training and have been administrating the system on a day-to-day basis for a recommended minimum of three months or more.

HealthMedic RLDatix Certified Professional (HMRCP)

RLDatix Certified Professional is an accreditation given to a person who undertakes and passes a formal examination on our core Optima product, demonstrating that they are a competent administrator of the product using basic functionality. The RCP accreditation is relevant for people looking to demonstrate that they are competent administrators of HealthMedics.

RLDatix Certified Professional Plus (RCP+)

The RCP+ accreditation is relevant for people looking to demonstrate that they are able to administer rosters, troubleshoot rosters, and utilise the advanced features within Optima. The ACP+ certification exam is suitable for individuals who have completed and passed their RCP accreditation and have been administrating the system on a day-to-day basis for a recommended minimum of 12 months or more.

RLDatix Certified Specialist (RCS)

The RCS accreditation is suitable for individuals who wish to demonstrate they are able to manage a range of complex scenarios using Optima, suiting someone looking to take on a more senior administration role.

RCP certification is a prerequisite for sitting the RCS assessment.

Allocate BankStaff RLDatix Certified Administrator (ABSRCA)

The ABSRCA accreditation is relevant for people looking to demonstrate that they are competent administrators of Allocate BankStaff. The ABSRCA certification exam is suitable for individuals who have completed the Allocate BankStaff System Administration training course, or those who have been administrating the system on a day-to-day basis for a recommended minimum of 6 months or more.

ActivityManager RLDatix Certified Administrator

The ActivityManager RLDatix Certified Administrator is an accreditation given to a person who undertakes and passes a formal examination on our core ActivityManager product, demonstrating that they are a competent administrator of the product using basic functionality.

FAQ

Can I book a course if I am not an Optima customer?

Yes, any Allocate customer can join an Academy course. Prices vary depending on the course. For details get in touch with a member of the Allocate Academy team at [email protected]

How many people can I send on one course?

You can book two people per organisation at any one time. This is to ensure a fair balance on each course. 

Can I book more than one course?

Yes, there is no limit to the number of courses that you can book. Please read the course synopsis to ensure that the content is relevant to your job role.
