Modern Slavery Statement

Introduction from the Board of Directors

We are committed to improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking. We continue to work with our partners and suppliers to ensure a zero-tolerance stance to use of modern slaves and human trafficking through our supply and/or value chain.

Our business

Our business is organised into seven business units:

  • UK & Ireland
  • Europe
  • Asia Pacific
  • Dynama
  • Product
  • R&D
  • Corporate services (Finance, HR, admin)

Our supply chains

Our supply chain includes third-party suppliers primarily related to technical development services (software development).

Our policies on slavery and human trafficking

We are committed to ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our Modern Slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.

Due diligence processes for slavery and human trafficking

As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk, we will request that all suppliers provide confirmation they are not involved in modern slavery or human trafficking.

Supplier adherence to our values

We have zero tolerance for slavery and human trafficking. To ensure all those in our supply chain and contractors comply with our values, we will put in place a supply chain compliance programme. This consists of: obtaining a statement from suppliers when requested confirming they do not actively participate in slavery and human trafficking and inclusion of a compliance clause in service agreements.

Our Legal and Human Resources teams are involved in ensuring programme compliance.

To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we will provide training to our staff.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 May 2018.
