John is the Vice President, Strategic Business Development – Head of Healthcare for Workday. In this role, John drives holistic industry strategy with a broad range of cross-functional partners, continuing to accelerate Workday’s profile and influence in this industry. He drives and assists on go-to-market pursuits, and supports the development of a scalable industry operating model.

In his past role at Geisinger Health, John brought more than 25 years of Healthcare experienced the CIO position. As the Chief Information Officer was responsible for I.T. Strategy, Digital Strategy, Cloud Migration Strategy, Governance and Operations and business growth through merger and acquisition or joint venture activities. He was responsible for all technology support for the enterprise. This is comprised of the Geisinger Health Clinical Enterprise, Geisinger Health Plan IT support of business operations as well as Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine.

John is Board Chairman of the College of Health Information Management Executives (CHIME) and a member of Health Information Management System Society (HIMSS). He has been a past CPHIMSS Board member (Central Pennsylvania HIMSS Chapter Board), KINBER Board, which provides fiber optic connectivity throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

Keith Lohkamp is senior director of industry strategy at Workday, responsible for the product direction and strategy for the healthcare, retail, and hospitality industries.

Keith has more than 20 years of software product management experience, including product strategy roles at Infor, Lawson, Neoforma, and PeopleSoft. Prior to joining Workday, Keith worked in various product management roles at Infor, and was responsible for the product strategy and vision of Infor Lawson Supply Chain Management. As an advocate for change and improvement within healthcare, Keith has served on the board of Strategic Marketplace Initiative and the leadership team for GS1 Healthcare United States.

Keith holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California, Berkeley and a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Stanford University.

Paul Scandrett has been with RLDatix (formerly Allocate Software) for 24 years, working with clients across the world to realise the goal of safe and efficient staffing models. Paul is a regular contributor to NHS Voices on safe staffing issues.

Karen’s professional nursing career has spanned both the NHS and Criminal Justice settings. She has held extensive senior leadership roles and been recognised for her demonstrable outcomes of delivery in improvement programmes at organisational, regional and national levels.

Karen is passionate about clinical workforce improvements and safe staffing. Joining RLDatix in September Karen is committed to supporting NHS providers with their use of deploying workforce and patient safety technology to deliver the NHS Workforce Plan’s expectations throughout this KSE Programme.

Richard Doherty is Senior Director, Product Marketing at Workday with EMEA-wide responsibilities for Workday's HCM applications.

Prior to joining Workday, Richard was part of a team that pioneered cloud based recruiting and talent management solutions in Europe. Joining Jobpartners as one of the first employees in 2000, Richard held a number of positions across professional services, sales and marketing, helping Jobpartners grow into one of the market leaders in Europe. In 2011 Jobpartners was acquired by Taleo, the cloud recruiting and talent management leader at the time. Richard subsequently spent time at Taleo and Oracle as HCM Strategy Director before joining Workday 8 years ago.

Richard holds a degree in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Liz has over 20 years’ experience in healthcare technology. Her most recent role was leading the communications and marketing strategy for Allocate Software's UK business where she was proud to oversee the launch of the SafeCare product that is now used by over 160 healthcare organisations. Prior to this, she led the go-to-market for Dynamic Change, one of the UK’s first SaaS solutions for healthcare governance, risk and compliance, where she helped grow the business from start-up to market leader ahead of its acquisition. She has a deep interest in how healthcare policy and technology can combine to make a difference in care delivery.
