How to upgrade DCIQ and DatixWeb to LFPSE

The LFPSE upgrade is now available for both DCIQ and DatixWeb.

 To support our all of our DCIQ and DatixWeb customers through the LFPSE Upgrade process, you can see below exactly how you can request an upgrade to LFPSE.

How can you upgrade?

To enable LFPSE in DCIQ, please log a support ticket stating you would like LFPSE enabled, and one of our team will be in touch to schedule a slot to enable LFPSE.

To upgrade your system, please log a support ticket stating you would like to begin the upgrade process, and one of our team will be in touch to schedule an upgrade slot.

To upgrade your system, please download a package and have your IT Team enable in the live environment and configure the LFPSE form.

Once your system has been upgraded, you can find instructions on how to enable LFPSE in DatixWeb, in the LFPSE DatixWeb User Guide here.

If you have decided you would like support from RLDatix to implement the upgrade, please log a support ticket stating you would like further support by mid-November, and one of our team will be in touch to schedule an upgrade with you. You can find more information on this inside the Customer Toolkit, please be aware this will cost an additional service charge.
