We continue our mission to help our customers to achieve safer healthcare, by making sure you have the right people in the right place at the right time.

Customer Highlights Bolton NHS Foundation Trust have been using activity-based rostering for their theatres, which has led to no cancelled theatre lists for consecutive months. Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust have made dramatic changes over the last year. Roster compliance increased by 60% Time owing hours reduce by over 10,000 hours Payroll locking down 2.5 days earlier

Helping fill the gaps

In a world where healthcare has staffing shortfalls, we focus on making filling those gaps as simple as possible, and in the best way so it doesn’t blow the budget.
Bank fill (as a % of filled duties) has increased from 77% to 80% over the year 22% reduction on average per organisation in total monthly agency spend
30 Million bank shifts processed so far in 2023, using Allocate BankStaff
Customer Highlight Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust reduced their agency hours from 6344 to 976 in June to October. 84% reduction! Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust have seen direct booking of bank duties jump from 19% to 42%. Additional duties dropped from 8000 (Feb) to 3000 (Oct) due to roster reviews and education piece.

Supporting Medics

For the first time, we have 1 Million Medics duties rostered per month from across 150+ organisations This is an increase of 25% since November 2022!
We’ve supported customers in making the move to Activity Based Rostering. This is an increase of 53% throughout 2023!

Customer Highlights Following job planning sessions we have held with clinical leads at James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, they have seen job planning compliance improve from less than 30%, to above 80%. Swansea Bay University Health Board have surpassed 10,000 Medics Duties per month.
