INSIGHTS: A move towards more Activity Based Rostering | Allocate Workforce
In the world of medics rostering, we are seeing a trend for more and more organisations to adopt ‘activity based’ rostering. This is when someone’s shift is allocated to a specific role.
Over the last 6 months, we have seen a 7% increase in the amount of shifts being assigned these activities. That’s around 9000 more shifts allocated to a specific duty.
This demonstrates a clear growing trend that healthcare organisations are taking to improve productivity and safety for everyone involved.
