We are delighted to be hosting our next Study Day at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in April and I’m personally looking forward to hearing from the Flexible Workforce team. It will be a great opportunity to learn how the trust has improved agency workforce transparency and expenditure control, as well as assurance around quality of care.
Attendees will have the chance to meet and quiz the team, which brings together e-Rostering, nurse bank and locum booking staff. Working with 247 Time, the trust managed to reduce agency spend by 27 per cent in the first year. You will be able to hear first-hand how 247 Time facilitates direct engagement with the trust’s agency workforce and centralises agency activity, as well as delivering consistency in agency rates.
Control over agency workforce is something that many trusts struggle with, but by centralising agency activity Bradford Teaching Hospitals has gained greater control, visibility and reporting. The trust can also view whether each member of staff is compliant with its practices, which has increased assurance, ensuring safe staffing and better patient care.
The Study Day is a unique opportunity to hear about the trust’s experience with 247 Time and gain in-depth insight into the benefits it delivers from staff that have been on the journey themselves.
One of the ways we helped support the trust with the implementation of 247 Time was to provide training to agencies and approvers on how the system works. This is something we do for every customer we work with, whether they are entirely new to 247 Time, or moving to us from another provider. Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust and the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust have both seen the benefits of a seamless move to 247 Time thanks to the training we provide.
Join us on 4th April to find out more about how Bradford tackled one of its biggest workforce challenges. Book your ticket here
