We’ve created a webinar series across five weeks to take you back to basics. The series will support you to more effectively manage your annual leave processes in the Allocate Optima system (formerly HealthRoster), from entitlements and leave hours, to notifications and rules. In this session, we will go through the basics of entitlements, the ways they are set up and how they can be managed and maintained.

Webinar 3: Annual Leave Hours

14th March | 3:00pm - 4:00pm

This session goes into how the system works when assigning hours to a period of annual leave, specifically detailing the different behaviours that can be set within the Annual Leave unavailability reason.

Webinar 4: Annual Leave Notifications

21st March | 10:30am - 11:30am

In this session, we will go through the very basics of notifications and will focus mainly on those that can be used for annual leave management.

Webinar 5: Annual Leave Rules

28th March | 11:00am - 12:00pm

In this session, we will run through the very basics of rules within the system and will focus mainly on those that can be considered with annual leave management.
