Allocate and Oceansblue join forces to deliver e-rostering transformation

29/04/2020: London, UK – Allocate Software has partnered with Oceansblue, an award-winning data science company with deep experience in e-rostering transformation. Oceansblue focus on delivering savings and efficiencies for NHS Trusts and Health Boards through an extensive analytics suite.

This suite complements standard Allocate reporting and Allocate Insight, bringing together data from multiple core NHS workforce systems beyond e-rostering alone, to enable joined-up, customised and automated reporting.

Working in tandem with Allocate, reports from shift level through to board level can be used to track transformation progress and provide actionable data on variation, safety and impact.

Reporting can be focussed on specific project needs and improvement programmes or more regular every day good practice. Examples include à la carte board KPI reports, predictive models and automated guidance for wards and units to drive up rostering effectiveness.
