Where we’ve been

This month, we were proud to attend NHS ConfedExpo 2025—two days filled with energy, insight, and forward-thinking conversation.

Our Senior Product Manager, Tom Ross, was joined on the stand by Dr. Darren Kilroy, Medical Director, and other members of the RLDatix team. Together, they welcomed attendees to take the RLDatix pulse, explore our latest innovations, and share ideas on the future of safer staffing and smarter workforce solutions.

Bold ideas to thought-provoking discussions, a key theme throughout the event was the importance of unlocking hidden workforce efficiencies to deliver safer, smarter care across the system.

Tip of the Month from Customer Success 🚀

Ensure LTFT Settings Are Applied Correctly in Rota

If you’re working with Less Than Full Time (LTFT) doctors, it’s essential to ensure LTFT settings are correctly applied to each Rota slot. This ensures accurate pro-rata calculations for leave, salary, and on-call allowances—keeping everything compliant and fair.

We’ve created a helpful overview guide to walk you through what each setting means, including:

  • LTFT % and On-Call contribution
  • Annual/Study Leave & Bank Holiday entitlements
  • Salary and weekend frequency adjustments
  • EWTD opt-out tracking
