This second installment of the junior doctor rostering programme is intended to support organisations with mobilising rosters ahead of the next rotation on an accelerated timeline. Along with the technical considerations of setup, the sessions will also cover supporting practices and process which underpin successful roll-out of medical rostering.
There are four webinars (20 to 30 minutes long) plus activities to complete.
For those starting at the beginning with their medics rostering journey this second installment of the programme should help with preparations for a launch at February rotation and intake of new junior doctors.
Those with rotas already live can use the time in the programme to review current process and practice as well as potentially add more rosters for junior doctors in readiness for the February rotation.
