Michael Brown

Michael is the current chair of The UK And Ireland Allocate User group, A Nurse with many years experience in front line nursing, Michael is currently the Area Wide Staff Bank Manager at NHS Forth Valley and has responsibility for all supplementary Staffing from Ancillary staff to Senior Medical staff. Previously Michael was The Royal College of Nursing Chair of Council from 2013 to the end of 2017 and led the Royal College of Nursing through some major Governance changes in their organisation. He has a background of staff engagement and involvement in service change, while working with NHS staff, employers and government and believes partnership working is key to effective change.
