Prior to joining Allocate as a Customer Success Analyst, Gemma was eRoster Project Manager at Dorset HealthCare for 3 years involved with the tender, purchase, implementation and continued rollout of the HealthRoster and BankStaff across the Trust. This included delivery to all clinical services including mental health, physical health, prison health across 300 sites GP surgeries to mental health inpatient hospitals and community hospitals - as well as in people's homes. Before joining the NHS, Gemma has many years’ experience within operations, project management and temporary staffing across a number of sectors. This includes The London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games where she was Head of International Team Relations and Services at the sailing village with direct responsibility for the placement of the temporary volunteer workforce of over 500 people on a day to day basis. Site operations for a National Housebuilder ensuring sites had the appropriate qualified tradesmen in place dependant on build programme stage for 20+ sites across the South West. And 8 years spent working across Europe as Overseas Operations Manager for Thomas Cook UK and Neilson Active Holidays in Greece, Italy, Norway, Sweden and Finland.
