I have worked in the NHS for over 15 years. My career has spanned most of the different sections within workforce and OD; HR, L&D, T&C’s of Service, Job Evaluation and Organisation Development. I have worked within rostering for the last 3 years and have been the Welsh Regional Chair for 2 years.
