We understand the impact COVID-19 is having and will continue to have. In a period where there is increased staff sickness and unprecedented demand for services we want to support all customers to ensure the software is helping monitor and deploy people and resources as safely as possible. This resource center is designed to help you navigate help, guidance and services over this period.

Our clinical teams

Many Allocate staff are clinically trained or have worked in other healthcare roles.

Where they are able to do so, we will be supporting these staff to step into NHS roles as the service requires.

Allocate preparedness

We have a full business continuity plan (BCP) that is designed to ensure we maintain business services throughout.

We are also focused on ensuring we look after the well-being of our staff. We are following national advice during this time and our BCP Committee is reviewing this advice daily and acting accordingly.
