Accurately recording absence is vital as organisations respond to COVID-19. Today, HealthRoster Optima provides the most accurate and real-time view of absence for nursing in the NHS, feeding the ESR payroll system on a monthly basis. To help ensure the same level of visibility is available across all staff we are allowing all customers to add all staff to the system for the purpose of absence tracking free of charge for 6 months. The staff do not need to be rostered. This will help organisations have a single, real-time, reportable view of absence.
