The RLDatix support team is made up of competent and experienced staff committed to providing our customers with the best possible service and ensuring you get maximum efficiency out of our products.

We have three ways to get the support you need to you as quickly as possible:

# 1 Support Portal

Registered users can visit the support portal. The support portal allows you to contact the support teams directly. It also includes lots of help and guidance, including how to’s and commonly asked questions.

# 2 The RLDatix support desk

Each of our software solutions has a dedicated support desk ensuring you get the help you need as quickly as possible.
